Yes, they do want a $100 Cash deposit: so what. I'm selling my house & knew it'd be a quick closing, so as house is empty & waiting for closing money to move to new place, I stayed here. It was the 3rd place I stayed, as far as weekly motels go: no roaches at all, safe, no rif-raf, clean & helpful housekeeping, the owner always came to the service window each and every time I rang the bell. My room has a sweet little kitchenette with full size fridge, little tiny gas stove, great AC, and no smell of smoke at all. I've been very grateful to be here. Thank you to the Owner & Tamara (housekeeping).

I am nothing but glowing reviews. I have been here for approximately 5 months working. It is amazingly clean it is very quiet the manager is awesome he will help you with anything that you need he goes out of his way he comes and checks on you to make sure things are okay you once a week. They clean your room and change the towels everyday. It always smells incredibly wonderful inside. They have excellent rates. They are extremely hospitable and you think that you are their family as well. You want a great place to go for a great price in a great location. It's safe it's quiet good free Wi-Fi the very strong. Everything works perfectly this is definitely a my opinion an amazing place to stay whether it's short-term and long-term I give it to thumbs-up and an A+. Thank you Tropical Palm Motel you have made my stay amazing. I will definitely return when I am in the area. A++

I like to stay in mom and pop type motels when I travel solo. Usually an adventure because I never know what I'll get. Tropical Palms was a nice surprise. The property is very well maintained and my room was spotless. Looks like the motel was built in the 40s but has been well updated. The only complaint I'd have is the hard pillows. Not a biggie, just maybe have a selection of different density pillows. Great stay overall.

Native Floridian and previous Lee Co. resident. I was in town to check on my storage unit and needed a place to stay last minute. Found this locally-owned gem! Owner is very nice. Landscaping and parking lot are immaculate. Rooms are spotless. Carpet, linens, tile, bathroom were all spotless and sparkling. Very appropriately appointed for the price. Bed was amazing as well. No smoking or pets; I appreciate this rule. It shows in the quality of the motel. Little to no road noise and couldn’t hear my next door guests on either side of me. Very quiet. There is a $50 cash refundable deposit required at time of check-in. I paid $200.70 ($90/night plus tax) for two nights. Definitely recommend! This is a great little motel!

Someone mentioned no thrills and I slightly agree. I saved money by staying here so that's a thrill. All I want is a nice clean place to lay my head down and this place delivered that. I walked into the room and it smelled fresh and looked clean and that's what matters. I had no troubles relaxing here. I absolutely would stay here again. 10 out of 10

Had a great night stay. For the price it was everything I could ask for. I got a room for me and another room for my friend. You can tell they really pay attention to cleanliness. If I need a place for a night or two down in Fort Myers I will definitely stay there. Thanks
